Rental confirmation: The rental confirmation confirms the tenancy agreement concluded between the tenant and the landlord. The lease is binding. The holiday home may only be occupied by the number of persons listed in the rental confirmation. Rental confirmation will be signed by both parties. Booking/Deposit: When booking is confirmed, a deposit of € 250/week must be paid. The return of the deposit will be made no later than 3 week after departure when a check of the house has been carried out. 12% of the deposit goes to maintenance of inventory and will together with consumption costs be deducted from the deposit. Terms of payment: 3 months before arrival the total rental fee is due for payment up front. At a booking confirmed less than 3 months before the arrival, the total rental amount is due for payment immediately. All prices are exclusive water, electricity and heating costs. These services will be invoiced separately. Cancellation policy: In case of withdrawal from the contract no later than 3 months before the beginning of the rental period, cancellation fees in the amount of € 250/week are to be paid. When withdrawing from the contract later than 3 months before the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount is to be paid 100%. The eventual conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is the sole responsibility of the renter. Covid-19 In case of official travel restrictions due to the COVID-19, guests can cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival getting back paid rent & cleaning fee. Deposit will be kept as a voucher and can be used for a later booking. House insurance: the house is insured for fire, glass and any other major damages to the house. Small damages on the house and inventory is covered by the tenant. In case of damage the tenant is obliged to inform the landlord immediately. Damage not shown before departure will be repaired at the expense of the renter. Damage incurred during the rental period will be repaired immediately, subject to customary delivery times. there is no insurance which grants the tenant and his personal belongings insurance coverage during the rental period. Pets: Dog and other pets are not allowed. Cleaning: The house is to be kept clean by the tenant during the stay and has to be returned in the state in which it was taken over. A compulsory final cleaning is carried out by the landlord and charged to the tenant in the amount of € 160. Cleaning of kitchen appliances is not included in the final cleaning. Others: Smoking and deep frying is not allowed in the house.
